I reserve the right to decline any commission request if I feel unable to fulfill it

Please don't order on Sundays, as I'm off from freelance illustrator work that day. Unless I'm running a promotion or working on a commission with a significant deadline

Active workdays = Monday- Saturday. I will be slow responding on Sunday

Unlimited Revisions (only in sketch)

Revisions are only available during the sketch phase. Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at (no cost)

You are not allowed to modify my finished work in any way. WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND AI USE!

Estimated processing time: 1-7 days after the sketch is approved, (depending on the queue and difficulties)

Final artwork sent by email or Google Drive, depending on the file size

What will you get? High quality HD images result, png, transparent or (image crop) if needed

As my English isn't very good, try to not use jargon, acronyms, slang or something else

I prefer to communicate via Message or email to ensure everything stays clear and organized

Clear communication helps make sure your project turns out exactly how you imagined it

Please reply to messages quickly if you want the work to run smoothly, and explain clearly what you want to draw

Intellectual artworks: Do NOT claim the work as your own or use it for profit if the commission is only for personal use

CLIENT USAGE POLICY: For personal use, Can be used for personal collection, social media posts (non-promotional), desktop wallpapers

Merchandising Rights: Required if the artwork is printed on products for sale.

Merchandise License (+150% Fee): For commissions to be used on physical products for sale (such as prints, stickers, keychains, etc.), a 150% merchandise license fee will be added to the total price

Commercial Use (+100% Fee): For commissions intended for monetized uses, such as streaming, Vtubing, content creation (e.g., branding, digital content packs, or anything that brings monetary value etc.), an additional 100% commercial license fee will be applied to the total price
